The surroundings
Elegance Denia is near lots of attractive spots: a short stroll will take you to Raset beach and the port, the castle and the old town of Denia, the seafront and fish market, and to the centre of town and its shops.

The town has an excellent climate all year round: with an annual average temperature of 18ºC, it has been chosen by the World Health Organisation as one of the select list of places with the best climate in the world.

A number of local festivities are held in Denia between February and September, including the Fallas, when effigies are burnt on pyres as part of the festivities to celebrate the arrival of spring, the Moors and Christians festival to celebrate the Reconquest, and the famous festival known as “bous a la mar”, when bulls are brought down to the sea.

There are countless opportunities for leisure activities in the area:

Location and access routes

As its name indicates, the development is in Denia, a town on the Costa Blanca, the name given to the magnificent series of coastal towns and beaches in the province of Alicante.

Denia has excellent road connections (the N-332 national highway and the A7 motorway) to Alicante and Valencia (both 95 km away). These cities have international airports, making it quick and easy to get here from any country in Europe.

There are daily departures by ship to the Balearic Islands.

Elegance Denia is between Camino Asajador de la Marsal and Camino del Llavador, just a stone’s throw from Raset Beach, the port and the centre of Denia.
